Die is worth a visit for its market, its cathedral and the beauty of Glandasse mountain : a spur in the southern Vercors. Sweet, fruity and sparkling ; Clairette de Die is, of course, the emblematic drink of the Diois region. AOC Crémant de Die is a much drier sparkling wine.
