Jaillance brings together passionate winemakers who perpetuate an ancestral winemaking method specific to Clairette de Die.

During the tour, you will discover :

• the history of Clairette and its terroir,
• the steps involved in making sparkling wine,

• cellars and production areas,
• and, of course, a guided tasting session.
