Markets and local produce
Every week, Catherine and Jean-François invite you to a welcome drink to introduce you to the region, accompanied of course by a tasting of Clairette de Die, in partnership with Cave Jaillance.
Why Cave Jaillance? Because it represents the

Clairette de Dieand Crémant de Die
Clairette de Die, the region’s emblematic sparkling wine, is distinguished by its fruity sweetness derived from the natural fermentation of muscat grapes. It’s also available in an organic version, for an even more natural tasting experience. If you prefer brighter, more refreshing bubbles, you’ll love Crémant de Die, a brut sparkling wine that completes this winegrowing tradition.
